SHIPPING POLICY
What areas are served?
You can be delivered to France, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg.
Via Colissimo (delivered against signature).
How long does the delivery of an order take?
The making of a piece takes approximately 2 weeks to which an additional period of 1 week may be added depending on the order load. You should also allow 3 to 5 days for delivery in France and 5 to 7 days for delivery in one of the other countries served.
Shipping costs.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the country of delivery.
They will appear on your order form after entering the delivery address and according to your preference as to the delivery method among those available: Mondial Relay or Colissimo (delivered against signature).
What if I dont receive my order?
I track all orders from the moment they leave my workshop. If your order is not delivered on time, please let me know and I will locate it.

Can we return an item?
My jewels being executed in a traditional way, on order, and made to measure (concerning the rings), returns will be made with a refund in a voucher valid for 2 years, of the value of your returned jewelery (excluding shipping costs).
The request must be made by email via the "Contact" section.
A return form will be sent to you, and you will receive your voucher by email once the package has been reshipped.
Which After-sale Services?
After-sales service is available for ring re-sizing, or free repair*.
The request must be made by email via the Contact section at the bottom of each page beforehand.
*Excluding jewels plated in Vermeil: in this case, costs will be expected to carry out a new plating after repair.
Shipping costs for after-sales service?
The sending of the parts is at your expense.
